Brindisa are wholesalers of a superb range of Spanish food As well as a shop at Exmouth market, they have a stall at Borough market and a warehouse in South London which is normally open to the public.

They probably sell the best range of Spanish sausages in the country. They stock several varieties of cured and fresh chorizo, other specialist cured sausages, white pudding and the famous Morcilla (which is the Spanish equivalent of our black pudding). They do not offer a mail order service - but London is closer than Spain!

They also make the ultimate sausage sandwich (see below)!
